We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team in a challenging and rewarding role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision.
  2. Serving food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
  3. Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
  4. Providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience and add value to the meal.
  5. Processing payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions according to established company procedures to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, throughout the shift to create a pleasant environment for guests and promote a positive image of the establishment.
  7. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and at the right temperature, promoting seamless service and minimizing delays.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor, allowing for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service, consistently delivering a positive experience for guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business and provide excellent service to guests.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues when needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
