Job Title: Technology Architect

We are seeking a skilled Technology Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing highly integrated CRM systems, including data migration, event streaming, and real-time integration.

This is a challenging role that requires 10+ years of experience in architecting and implementing complex CRM systems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with senior client stakeholders across IT and business domains.

  1. The Technology Architect will design Unified Service Desktop hosting multiple banking applications on a single platform and support front-end integration.
  2. They will contribute to planning, analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for CRM implementation, platform upgrades, and technical requirements.
  3. Key responsibilities include defining technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy, and guiding CRM SI partners in creating and reviewing target technical architecture blueprints.
  4. The Technology Architect will also perform hardware and network sizing and capacity planning, conduct security risk assessments, and develop security controls to support external regulations.
  5. Additionally, they will drive performance engineering activities such as modeling, forecasting, testing, and tuning, and review and sign off on performance testing plans and results.
  6. Other key responsibilities include leading architecture and infrastructure analysis, determining application support strategies, and working with support teams to determine system performance and project management.
