Job Purpose:

This role oversees the development of architectural requirements and supervises design to ensure it meets project goals. The Architectural Manager collaborates with project management and contractors to deliver facilities that meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify constraints related to architectural design and works at an early stage, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop work scopes, prepare budgets, plan schedules, provide technical direction, and report work status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, including civil, systems, track, MEP, and landscape, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest architecture trends and best practices by conducting ongoing research.
  • Lead engineering workshops and provide technical training to team members to enhance their skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, specifically in railway infrastructure projects.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working in Oman.
