We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Designer with strong 3D design skills to join our dynamic team in Muscat. The ideal candidate should be full of fresh ideas, highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing event concepts to life in visually stunning ways.

What You'll Do

  • Design creative and impactful event spaces, exhibition booths, stage setups, and brand activations
  • Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, mood boards, and technical drawings
  • Create compelling client presentations that communicate design concepts clearly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and marketing
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in event design, preferably within advertising agencies or event management companies
  • Solid background in 3D visualization and event layout design
  • A strong eye for detail and innovation in design
  • Ability to communicate design ideas effectively through visuals and presentations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event or spatial design
  • Proficiency in 3D design software
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A portfolio showcasing previous events and 3D design work is a must
