About the Job

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Android developer at Phi Wallet. The role is located in Muscat with the flexibility for some work from home. We are looking for a skilled Android developer who possesses a solid understanding of the Android ecosystem and best performance & security practices for building a FinTech application.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
  • Writing maintainable, secure, testable, performant and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
