You will provide operational and study petrophysics support to exploration and production assets.

Additionally, you will perform performance evaluations, focusing on efforts to optimize operations and recovery, aligning with both petrophysical function and reservoir management teams.

Prior experience in mentoring junior staff is required. Ideally, you should be able to implement a nationalization program.

You must also have experience with shale gas, tight gas, and other unconventional sources.

Create and follow Field Development Plans (FDPs) and Field Feasibility Reports (FFRs).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Geoscience or Engineering Discipline.
  • At least 15 years of petrophysical engineering experience within the oil industry, service company, or producer in the Middle East region.
  • Sufficient exposure to logging operations, core measurements, laboratory experiments, data interpretation, logging contractor follow-up, and integrated reservoir studies.
  • Must be up-to-date with industry tools and petrophysical interpretation techniques, working with both clastic and carbonate reservoir systems.
  • Knowledgeable in petrophysical and geological analysis integration.
  • Experience in Techlog is essential.
  • Able to work effectively in integrated teams and interact with geoscientists, reservoir engineers, operations, drilling, and facilities engineers.
