We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative and experienced Content Refiner to manage the creation of high-quality written materials across digital and print platforms.

About the Role:
  1. Edit and proofread articles, blog posts, reports, social media content, and marketing materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
  2. Maintain consistency with the brand's tone, style, and branding guidelines.
  3. Rewrite or reorganize content as necessary to improve readability and flow.
Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with writers and contributors to develop engaging content that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Fact-check all information to ensure accuracy and credibility.
  3. Oversee the content calendar and manage deadlines effectively.
  4. Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency across media.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Editor, Copy Editor, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
  3. Exceptional command of the English language.
  4. Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
  5. Familiarity with SEO, digital publishing tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
