Note: This is a full-time onsite position based in Muscat, Oman.

altARQ Private Limited is looking for an experienced and highly skilled BIM Coordination Engineer to join our onsite team in Muscat, Oman. This senior-level role demands deep expertise in multi-disciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, and MEP systems using BIM tools and platforms.

You will be the critical link ensuring integrated, clash-free, and execution-ready BIM models that align with international standards and project delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the BIM coordination process between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Conduct regular clash detection using Navisworks and manage issue resolution with respective design teams
  • Ensure model integrity, accuracy, and compliance with LOD requirements and BIM execution plans (BEP)
  • Organize and lead coordination meetings, review models, and maintain documentation protocols
  • Act as the technical interface between the client, consultants, and BIM production team
  • Support the preparation of project deliverables, including coordinated drawings, BOQs, and reports from federated models

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in BIM with at least 3 years in coordination roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC
  • Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary workflows and construction documentation
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve complex coordination issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Must be open to relocating and working onsite in Muscat, Oman
