
Industrial Gas Account Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account management team. As an experienced Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key industrial gas clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored presentations and proposals that showcase the benefits of our industrial gas solutions.
- Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements while remaining competitive in the market.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration, with a strong understanding of industrial gas applications.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the industrial gases or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales growth in a competitive environment.
- Industry certifications such as ISO, OSHA, or Six Sigma are highly desirable for compliance and operational excellence.
While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Experience in the industrial sector, particularly in manufacturing or healthcare applications.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that benefit account management strategies.
