Resident Network Architect

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and recommend serviceability improvements. Your analytical skills will directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and driving revenue through innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modulation/demodulation techniques (OOK, PSK, QAM) and familiarity with signal structures and hierarchies (Ethernet, Fibre Channel, SONET, SDH, OTN). Experience with OTN, DWDM, and SDH networks, reliability, and resiliency analysis is also highly desirable.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred) is required, along with 3+ years of network integration and technical support experience with optical network technologies.
