Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

This role plays a crucial part in various breakthrough initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation, and IoT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success by owning, driving, communicating, and respectfully engaging all stakeholders, valuing integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, resources, and budget.
  2. Support risk identification and mitigation, focusing on technical and project-related risks.
  3. Maintain a strong customer focus, working closely with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  4. Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
  5. Support delivery schedules for critical third-party deliverables.
  6. Promote technologies to customers.
Requirements:
  • Solid academic achievement in science, software engineering, or IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and leadership skills demonstrated through academic or extracurricular activities.
  • Passion for technology, personal projects, and initiatives.
  • Professional approach, negotiation skills, and confidence to speak up and share ideas.
  • Able to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks.
