Job Title:

As a Mechanical Construction Project Lead, you will oversee the successful execution of mechanical construction projects.

This role demands strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

  • Directly responsible for daily activities during the project construction phase.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting construction progress, highlighting any issues that may impact quality, cost, or project delivery schedule.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the project team to ensure tasks are executed in line with company and international standards.

They will maintain effective Health and Safety systems and manage resources to meet project schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and allocating personnel to specific work areas and covering the responsibilities of other supervisors as necessary.
  • Ensuring completion of all necessary reporting systems for mechanical construction activities in all phases of the project.
  • Maintaining records and controlling stock to ensure material availability.
  • Implementing countermeasures to improve performance and competency of personnel involved in activities.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical construction and project management.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  2. Managing budgets and resource allocation to achieve project goals.
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
