About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the day-to-day activities of the transformation, working directly with the CEO and senior management across all departments to facilitate change and enable delivery of performance targets which ensure commercial viability, financial sustainability, and operational excellence.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to develop their skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our business strategy, working closely with the CEO and executive management to prepare periodic business plans, including budget overviews and business operations.

You will also provide oversight on the financial performance of the airline, identifying business development opportunities and areas where the airline can optimize revenue or costs. Additionally, you will support fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the airline's departments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and representing the airline externally as required.
