Job Title:

Strategic Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Project Coordinator to lead and manage complex projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful project implementation.
  • Ensure that all projects are technically sound and consistent with client requirements and priorities.
  • Administer contracts from a technical and commercial standpoint.
  • Interact with clients, interpret their needs and requirements, and represent them to the Head of Projects for implementation in the field.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in Oman's MEP/HVAC segment.
  • Certified PMP from PMI or IPMA-C is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE codes and guidelines is an advantage.
