We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a waitress. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-focused person who thrives in a refined, service-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires a high standard of attention to detail, discretion and a proactive attitude to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of residents and their guests at all times.

Job Description:

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that every guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.

Greet guests by name if known and ask for seating preferences while maintaining social distance.

Explain menu items including not available items and special of the day. If there are any special requirements, contact the chef or supervisor.

Serve drinks before food and maintain table cleaning and side stations.

Maintain hygiene standards and follow company policies.

Check side stations according to checklists to ensure everything is available in proper order.

Care for guests and provide a comfortable dining experience.

  • Attend all training sessions organized by HR department or related department.
  • Be informed and keep your supervisor informed of all matters affecting work, hotel services, or reputation.
  • Present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with hotel grooming standards.
  • Show flexibility in job responsibilities, work area, and roster to meet business needs.
  • Tidy and well-maintained environment, including linen and CCG.
  • Report incidents, accidents, and guest complaints in briefings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a waitress.
  • Arabic speaker or Tagalog (preferable).
  • Developing constructive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Active listening.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • High school diploma; food safety training considered a plus.
