Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role will provide administrative support to various departments, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling paperwork, and assisting with operations tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, events, and overseeing front desk operations.
  • Manage and maintain records and reports.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain documents in both digital and paper formats.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee relations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with vendors.
