Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Contract and Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial, contractual, and cost-related aspects of marine and heavy civil construction projects.

This role requires strong expertise in contract administration, cost planning, budgeting, and financial control, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Administer and monitor contracts, including variations, claims, and contractual compliance
  • Review and approve subcontractor and supplier quotations, invoices, and payments
  • Quantify and value work completed for interim payment applications
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

20+ years of experience as a Contract & Quantity Surveyor in marine, offshore, or heavy civil construction projects.

Extensive experience in large-scale EPC, Design & Build, or turnkey projects

Expertise in managing FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracts

Strong background in cost planning, contract administration, and financial reporting
