Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects in Oman or the GCC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in construction or civil works.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in project management, with 5+ years focused on construction of residential and commercial buildings in Oman or the GCC.
  • Candidates who are currently based in Oman and can join immediately will be prioritized.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in handling complex projects, are essential for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in managing client relationships and project documentation, are necessary.
  • Able to manage and resolve project-related challenges, such as design changes and level mismatches.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project and AutoCAD, is required.
