Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to lead our marine infrastructure and logistics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection across all our projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HSE management, with a strong background in marine and heavy civil construction. You will be expected to develop, implement, and maintain project-specific HSE Management Plans that align with company and client requirements. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with international standards, local regulations, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead risk assessments, method statement reviews, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Monitor site HSE performance through inspections, audits, and reporting.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Provide HSE training, inductions, and awareness sessions to employees and subcontractors.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies on HSE matters.
Requirements
  • HSE management experience in marine, offshore, or heavy civil construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence site teams toward safety excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse workforces.
  • Proficiency in HSE management systems, reporting tools, and auditing techniques.
