About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Growth Manager to lead our operations in Oman. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a senior leadership role and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Market Presence: Develop and implement strategies to establish and expand our market presence in Oman, aligning with our objectives and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Build, enable, and retain a skilled team by employing the right resources in suitable roles, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Business Development: Oversee the implementation and achievement of corporate business objectives and strategies, ensuring sound financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Assume complete ownership and delivery of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain solid working relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Reputation Management: Act as the main ambassador of our organization, safeguarding and promoting our reputation in the market.
  • Operational Functioning: Assume overall responsibility for the operational functioning of our organization, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Market Position: Continuously monitor and improve our market position, identifying opportunities to enhance our competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be a dedicated and driven individual with a proven track record in corporate/business leadership and achievement in the relevant market/geography, meeting the following requirements:
  • Experience: Over 10 years' experience in the ICT industry, at least 5 years covering the Oman market/ecosystem.
  • Managerial Experience: Over 5 years' experience in managerial and leadership positions.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Addition Education: Master's degree or other post-secondary degrees will be a plus.
  • P&L Management: Ability to own, understand, and manage complete P&L statement.
  • Business Areas: In-depth understanding of Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations, and HR.
  • Technology Products: Broad understanding of Technology products and solutions, and Technology solutions delivery.
  • Channel Ecosystems: Experience in managing large-scale, diversified channel ecosystems exceeding a hundred customers.
  • Culture and Leadership: Capacity to operate in a fast-paced, complex, and challenging business environment, experience and track record in managing multi-cultural teams and individuals.
  • Compliance and Corporate Governance: Robust knowledge and understanding of Compliance and Corporate governance.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong and clear ability to build, present, and execute on strategic business planning with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational, interpersonal, and managing people skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to successfully identify and resolve challenges and problems.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered a plus.
