Prysmian Group seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to join its General Affairs department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, completing tasks assigned by the Manager, and providing excellent support to staff and visitors.

  • Prepare and serve coffee & tea, ensuring timely service and cleanliness.
  • Organize and manage kitchen & office supplies, maintaining efficient tracking systems and optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor equipment and supply usage, ordering replacements as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the direct line manager, supporting department needs efficiently.
  • File organization and maintenance, ensuring files are easily accessible and properly categorized.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, preparing meeting spaces and providing necessary equipment.
  • Manage office cleanliness, coordinating regular cleaning schedules and maintaining a tidy environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary School qualification.

  • Organized, clean, and neat work habits.
  • Basic communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge in preparing various tea & coffee.
  • Respectful and courteous attitude towards colleagues and visitors.
