Admin Assistant Job in Albania

We are seeking a skilled English and Arabic speaking administrative assistant to be based in Albania, Europe. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office team.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative assistance to the office team
  • Maintaining records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and coordinating events
  • Generating reports and providing regular updates to the team
  • Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working as an administrative assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be both English and Arabic speaker
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Benefits include salary between 800 to 1300 Euros plus European standard accommodation and food.
