Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
