Cloud Success Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Success Specialist to develop trust with our assigned customers and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have impeccable customer-facing skills, a passion for cloud infrastructure technologies, and strong relationships with IT professionals.

This role requires the ability to onboard new customers, introduce them to our products and support processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction. Experience building and improving internal processes, knowledge of agile methodologies, and proficiency in multiple languages are highly valued.

The Cloud Success Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities or renewal risks, and driving resolution through corporate product and engineering teams. This individual will serve as a customer advocate internally and influence our products, websites, documentation, processes, and people to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes.
  • Elaborate and coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers from various industries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans that meet customer objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks.
  • Experience running a disciplined, weekly customer and business review process with cross-functional teams, identifying and prioritizing blockers, and driving resolution.
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally and influence our products, websites, documentation, processes, and people to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests and create campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with a strong relation to IT and exposure to projects related to cloud computing, Linux OS, data applications, storage, networking, security, migration, and IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills to guide conversations about complex software.
  • Experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
  • A true team player capable of interacting with all departments and at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in multiple languages.
