We are seeking a highly skilled Mixologist to provide exceptional service to customers at our beverage outlets.

This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering personalized experiences while maintaining high service standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Customer Verification: Verify that all customers meet the minimum age requirement for consuming alcoholic beverages.
  2. Liquor Knowledge and Pairing: Possess in-depth knowledge of various types of liquor, their pairing options, and taste profiles.
  3. Cocktail Creation: Develop a repertoire of traditional and modern cocktails using premium ingredients and innovative techniques.
  4. Ambiance and Service: Foster a welcoming ambiance at the bar, delivering personalized experiences to guests while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  5. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to create seasonal menus and signature cocktails unique to each venue.
  6. Bar Setup and Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized and efficient bar setup, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  7. Guest Relationships: Build strong relationships with guests, enhancing loyalty and reputation for excellence.
Requirements and Skills

A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
