We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Connoisseur to join our team. As a mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and crafting innovative cocktails.

  • Mixologists play a key role in enhancing loyalty and the bar's reputation for excellence through strong relationships with guests.
  • Crafting a selection of innovative and classic cocktails requires knowledge of premium ingredients and creative techniques.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Staying ahead of industry trends to curate seasonal menus and exclusive signature cocktails unique to the venue.
  2. Maintaining an organized and efficient bar setup while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  3. Building strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty and the bar's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

  • Ideally, a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
