Job Title: ESP Contract Manager Alternate Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management and Implementation: Manage overall contract implementation, interfacing with company personnel, and coordinating operational activities.
  2. Contractual Issues Resolution: Address contractual issues with the contract holder as per Commercial and Category Conditions Section.
  3. ESP Work Completion: Ensure the successful completion of ESP work, including supervising contractor personnel and ensuring they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities.
  4. HSE Meetings and Incidents Review: Participate in monthly HSE meetings, review incidents, and apply learning to improve operations.
  5. Periodical Reviews and Audits: Lead periodical reviews and audits as instructed by the contract holder.
  6. Disputes, Claims, and Contract Closeout: Manage disputes, claims, and contract closeout processes.
  7. KPI Updates and Reporting: Update and report KPIs as specified in Procedures for Contractors Section.
  8. Day-to-Day Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, interface with relevant company personnel, and ensure safe and smooth ESP work performance.
  9. Interface Coordination: Coordinate interfaces between contractor's operations engineers, company site representatives, and teams to ensure safe and smooth ESP work performance.
  10. Operational Optimization: Optimize operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate all ESP work at well sites and facilities.
  12. HSE, Operational, and Quality Issue Discussion: Discuss HSE, operational, and quality issues with company's relevant teams.
  13. Schedule Updates, Failure Statistics, and Resource Availability: Follow schedule updates, provide failure statistics and analyses, and ensure resource availability.
  14. Technical Challenges Solutions: Provide solutions to technical challenges related to ESP systems and equipment.
  15. HSE and Operational Incidents Investigation: Investigate HSE and operational incidents and present results to the contract holder.
  16. Maintenance Strategies and Future Planning: Provide input to maintenance strategies and future planning.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering science or equivalent, preferably in petroleum, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum ten years of experience managing operational and technical aspects of ESP or artificial lift contracts, with at least three years in a similar role.
  • Experience in preparing technical offers, client negotiations, and closing orders.
  • Able to work based in the Capital Area, reachable at all times, and attend meetings and discussions as instructed.
