Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate examination results to make informed clinical decisions, develop diagnoses, prognoses, and treatment plans that maximize patient rehabilitation potential.
  2. Implement and progress patient care to achieve optimal outcomes, re-evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  3. Analyze the effectiveness of interventions and treatments, making adjustments to optimize patient care.
  4. Provide patients with self-management strategies to enhance their overall well-being.
  5. Effectively manage a caseload of patients, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet their needs.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and statistical information.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  8. Work closely with the medical insurance department to facilitate timely authorization of referred cases.
  9. Provide on-call physiotherapy services to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Participate in professional development programs and performance reviews to maintain expertise and advance career goals.
  2. Delegate tasks and supervise junior staff to optimize efficiency and quality of care.
  3. Triaging patients based on their needs and insurance requirements, ensuring prompt and effective care.
  4. Addressing insurance-related queries or escalating them to the Senior Physiotherapist as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and treatment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
