About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AV pre-sales engineer to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical consultancy and solution design for enterprise and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities include designing and integrating end-to-end AV systems, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality results. You will also provide expert advice on AV technologies, including control systems, audio and video systems, unified communications, and signal management.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in AV pre-sales engineering, with a strong focus on solution design and technical consultancy.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Control Systems: Proficiency in Crestron, Extron, and AMX programming and configuration.
    • Audio Systems: In-depth knowledge of Shure, Sennheiser, and DSP processors such as Biamp and QSC.
    • Video Systems: Expertise in LED and LCD video walls, projection systems, video-over-IP technologies, and matrix switchers.
    • Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC): Integration with platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
    • Signal Management: Understanding of HDBaseT, HDMI, DisplayPort, and IP streaming protocols.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Customer Focus: Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions.
    • Documentation and Presentation: Strong technical documentation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical and Troubleshooting: Analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented approach to complex AV challenges.
  • Professional Certifications:
    • Manufacturer certifications such as Crestron DMC-E, Extron AV Associate, or Shure Integrated Systems Certification.
