We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and checking Letter of Credit Drafts, verifying and confirming Letter of Credit final drafts, and following up with banks to ensure swift receipt.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and check Letter of Credit Drafts received from customers.
  • Verify and confirm Letter of Credit final drafts.
  • Co-ordinate with banks to ensure swift LC receipt.
  • Review and verify Letter of Credit received by local banks and share confirmation with CRR to create financial documents.
  • Rectify discrepancies received by local banks if any.
  • Follow up with banks for courier documents.
  • Share all documents sent to the bank with CRR.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in finance or banking, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
