This role is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of documentation processes. The primary focus is to review and establish all required 'Manage & Control' mechanisms for various documentation activities under minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and check Letter of Credit Drafts received from customers.
  • Verify and confirm Letter of Credit final drafts.
  • Follow up with banks to ensure swift LC receipt.
  • Review and verify Letter of Credit received by local banks and share confirmation with CRR to create financial documents.
  • Rectify discrepancies received by local banks if any.
  • Follow up with banks for courier documents.
  • Share all documents sent to the bank with CRR.
  • Co-ordinate with the bank for money collection.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
