Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the performance of all service delivery within assigned hubs, ensuring that PMO and risk management services are aligned with best practice and international ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio management background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and direct technical PMO and project controls services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in project and programme management, including cost consultancy services.
  • Lead Controls teams, comprising programme and Mace employees, to deliver functions such as master data set management, benefits realisation, change control, earned value management, interface management, reporting, risk, schedule management.
  • Drive performance in line with the Portfolio drumbeat and governance structure (including reporting).
  • Identify and communicate performance insights to project teams.
  • Oversight of performance and continuous improvement in standard processes.
  • Ability to step in and train the wider team in any of the above processes and procedures as required.
  • Presents internally to City SLT, project teams, and their supply chains.
