Job Title: Beverage Service Manager

Job Description:

The Beverage Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the bar service, ensuring a high quality and efficient beverage experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the bar team and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient bar operation, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and hotel procedures.
  • Supervise the bar team, providing guidance and training to ensure they possess a perfect knowledge of all beverages served and how to prepare them.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and increase average spend per person through effective upselling techniques.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic level of IT proficiency.
