We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead our pastry operations and contribute to the success of our hospitality establishment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative pastry menus that showcase your creativity and expertise.
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure seamless kitchen operations and efficient food preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, presentation, and food safety.
  • Supervise and train pastry staff to achieve optimal productivity and teamwork.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, respecting diverse perspectives and work styles.
  • Analyze sales data, menu performance, and inventory levels to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, cleaning schedules, and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Design and execute seasonal promotions and special events to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the F&B department in cross-functional initiatives, such as training and development programs.
  • Implement changes to recipes, production processes, and inventory management systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
