Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
  • - Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed.
  • - Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • - Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • - Keep track of office expenses and manage reimbursements.
  • - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry.
  • - Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • - Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • - Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • - Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles.
  • - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
