  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new business processes that align with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Design and implement effective metrics and reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Languages:

Fluent Arabic speaker and very good English speaking and writing skills.
