About the Role

The School of Calligraphy & Ornamentation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Arts and Culture Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing creative concepts for arts, cultural, and design-related events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Develop and implement creative concepts for arts, cultural, and design-related events, including exhibitions, festivals, product launches, and bespoke experiences.
  • Client Liaison: Regularly update clients and keep them informed of any issues or changes to ensure transparency and smooth coordination.
  • Visual Presentations: Create mood boards, event proposals, and visual presentations that capture the essence of the event.
  • Event Execution: Coordinate and manage event timelines, deliverables, and budgets; ensure smooth execution of all logistical aspects, including venue management, vendor coordination, and permits.
