Role

 

  • Provide technical expertise and strategic account planning to meet sales quotas
  • Understand customer business requirements and position solutions to create value
  • Drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform and build relationships to increase productivity
  • Conduct discovery to articulate key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of prospects and customers
  • Work with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to ensure solution adoption
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective presentations and demos; conduct technical engagements and workshops
  • Lead technical validation efforts to ensure a technical win in opportunities
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership by coordinating resources to ensure a cohesive strategy
  • Promote end-to-end solutions that include PANW and/or partner professional services
  • Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate PANW's leadership
  • Invest in personal development and participate in industry events
  • Identify technical stakeholders and cultivate relationships to build a security-architecture transformation roadmap

 

Qualifications

 

  • 6+ years of experience in pre-sales/sales engineering
  • Skilled in at least one of: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE
  • Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence business initiatives
  • Influencing and gaining buy-in from stakeholders; prior pre-sales experience ideal
  • Experience creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or validation engagements
  • Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies
  • Partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Experience in complex sales with long cycles and multiple buying centers; multi-product solutions preferred
  • Field sales role with travel requirements; discuss specifics with recruiter
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
