We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Padel Coach to lead and enhance our sports and wellness offerings. As a Padel Coach, you will be responsible for coaching guests, organizing padel programs, and maintaining an engaging and professional sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Training

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for guests and members, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to enhance guests' overall playing experience, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Offer expert advice on padel techniques, strategies, and fitness conditioning to help guests improve their game.

Guest Engagement & Experience

  • Promote padel as a leisure and fitness activity within the hotel's sports facilities, attracting new guests and encouraging repeat business.
  • Organize social events, friendly matches, tournaments, and padel clinics to engage guests and create a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure that all guests receive top-notch customer service, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.

Facility & Equipment Management

  • Oversee the maintenance of the padel court, equipment, and facilities, guaranteeing they meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inventories of padel equipment and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary to prevent disruptions.
  • Enforce strict safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the facility, protecting both guests and staff.

Administration & Compliance

  • Manage accurate records of guest participation and coaching sessions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in padel coaching, continually improving services and knowledge.
