We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Padel Coach to join our team. As a Padel Coach, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coaching services to our guests, developing and implementing training programs, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Training

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for guests and members, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Create and implement tailored training programs for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group lessons to enhance guests' overall playing experience.
  • Offer expert advice on padel techniques, strategies, and fitness conditioning to help guests improve their game.

Guest Engagement & Experience

  • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, promoting a love for padel and encouraging repeat business.
  • Organize exciting events, such as social matches, tournaments, and clinics, to engage guests and create a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure that all guests receive top-notch customer service, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.

Facility & Equipment Management

  • Oversee the maintenance of the padel court, equipment, and facilities, guaranteeing they meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inventories of padel equipment and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary to prevent disruptions.
  • Enforce strict safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the facility, protecting both guests and staff.

Administration & Compliance

  • Manage accurate records of guest participation and coaching sessions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in padel coaching, continuously improving services and knowledge.
