We are seeking a passionate and experienced Padel Coach to lead and enhance our sports and wellness offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching guests, organizing padel programs, and maintaining an engaging and professional sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Training

  • Provide professional padel coaching sessions for guests and members.
  • Develop training programs suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
  • Offer personalized coaching and group lessons to enhance guests' playing experience.
  • Provide technical guidance on padel techniques, strategies, and fitness conditioning.

Guest Engagement & Experience

  • Promote padel as a leisure and fitness activity within the hotel's sports facilities.
  • Organize social events, friendly matches, tournaments, and padel clinics.
  • Encourage guest participation by offering engaging and interactive coaching styles.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Facility & Equipment Management

  • Ensure the padel court, equipment, and facilities are maintained in excellent condition.
  • Monitor inventory of padel equipment (rackets, balls, accessories) and request replenishments as needed.
  • Uphold safety and cleanliness standards on the court and surrounding areas.

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of guest participation and coaching sessions.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe playing environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, coaching techniques, and best practices in padel training.
