**Job Summary:**
Retail Operations Specialist - Field Force and Fronts ManagementWe are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing field force operations, overseeing fronts maintenance and upgrade, and ensuring seamless implementation of display standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage new fronts, perform regular maintenance, and upgrade existing ones to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the output and implementation of display standards across various locations.
- Responsibly manage position-related budgets and verify costs to maintain financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to follow up on display counter procurement, transportation, and installation.
- Monitor fronts output and optimize inefficient fronts to improve overall performance.
- Maintain alignment with RMS system processes for effective management.
About You:
- You have a background in 3C industry, preferably with mobile phone experience, holding 1-3 years of store or human resource management experience.
- Familiarity with human management systems and KPI rulemaking is essential.
- You possess relevant experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting.
- A clear understanding of human output and people-store matching landing logic is necessary.
- Proficiency in using the position management system and rules is required.
- English is a working language, while Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
