The role of Retail Operations Manager is to ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff, while also maximizing sales. This involves achieving company objectives, implementing operating procedures, and promoting the loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief and guide staff on achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
  • Ensure minimal stock loss and manage stockrooms efficiently.
  • Implement operating procedures at the store and maintain brand and company policies.
  • Apply creative techniques to achieve and exceed store sales targets.
