Regulatory Affairs Leader for Digital Health

We are seeking a seasoned regulatory affairs expert to lead our efforts in navigating the complex digital health landscape of the GCC region. As Director of Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for developing and executing our regulatory strategy, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and facilitating market access for innovative digital healthcare solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing our regulatory strategy across the GCC region, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations;
  • Facilitating market access for digital healthcare solutions by engaging with health authorities and other stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services meet regulatory requirements;
  • Providing guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters;
  • Monitoring changes in regulations and policies to ensure that our organization remains compliant;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry;
  • Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks, including those related to medical devices, data privacy, and digital health;
  • Experience working in the GCC region or with GCC-based companies is highly desirable;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or public health;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English, with Arabic fluency being an asset.
