Job Description

Mentor and lead audit teams as an in-charge for medium and small clients, or act as a semi-senior for large clients.

  • Plan and execute audits that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Guide Assistant, Associate, trainees & assist them with office orientation.
  • Involved in strategy of the audit, ensuring it meets client needs.
  • Monitor engagement budgets and ensure they are managed effectively.
  • Prepare and review annual financial statements.
  • Conduct analytical reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in consolidated high-risk areas of the financial statements.
  • Finalize tasks and clear review notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.

  • Completed ACCA - minimum 9 papers (F1-F9).
  • CPA – Complete 2 papers.
  • ICAEW – Complete Professional Stage.
  • Postgraduate experience of 2yrs – 3yrs and above.
  • Knowledge in accounting concepts.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and mentoring new team members.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Proactive and independent person with ability to initiate tasks independently.

Excellent analytical skills, identifying ways to analyze information quickly and efficiently.

Proficient problem solver, suggesting innovative and creative solutions to problems.
