We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our design and project execution process, contributing to the successful delivery of our interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints for interior fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Incorporate electromechanical systems into design plans, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Review and revise drawings as needed to accommodate changes or modifications during project development.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain necessary information and materials for project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation and specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working on interior fit-out projects in the Middle East is preferred.
  • Additional certifications or training in drafting and design are a plus.
Education:

Candidates should hold a:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
