Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.

The selected candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle the full cycle of accounting up to finalization for Industrial Products Trading Firm.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
  • Liaise with banks to raise finances as needed by the firm.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including VAT preparation and filing.
  • Coordinate with sales and deliveries for timely invoicing to clients and follow-up of payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual budgeting reports.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in an industrial products trading firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Experience in handling and monitoring cash flow, cash reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of MIS (Management Information Systems).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in VAT preparation and filing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
