The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful execution of field operations, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs) and promoting business module utilization.

Field Force Representative
  • KPI Management: Develop and implement KPI standards for field force activities, ensuring accurate assessments and regular tracking.
  • On-the-Ground Supervision: Oversee target setting and output achievement for field force representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • RMS Promotion and Implementation: Foster the adoption and effective use of each business module within the organization, monitoring implementation progress and indicator achievements.
  • National Incentive Plan: Establish and manage a monthly national incentive plan, verifying and approving labor costs and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
Fronts Management

As a Field Force Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • New Fronts Management: Establish and maintain new fronts, ensuring seamless integration and upgrade processes.
  • Display Standards: Monitor and oversee the implementation of display standards, guaranteeing consistency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage position-related budgets, conducting thorough cost verifications and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with headquarters and local suppliers to procure, transport, and install display counters, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
  • Fronts Optimization: Analyze and optimize front output, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • RMS Alignment: Ensure fronts management processes are integrated with RMS system processes, guaranteeing data consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Possess 1-3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably with mobile phone experience.
  • Human Management Skills: Familiarity with human management systems and KPI rulemaking.
  • Outsourcing Expertise: Relevant experience in managing outsourcing manpower suppliers and goal setting.
  • Landing Logic: Clearly defined logic for human output and people-store matching.
  • Position Management: Familiarity with position management systems and rules.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency, with Arabic being preferred.
