About the Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Field Service activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.

You will handle administrative, technical, and commercial tasks related to Field Service personnel, including preparation, delegation, and instruction on ongoing site activities. Additionally, you will calculate costs and claims for Field Service projects and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.

  • Reporting and documentation of field activities
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of practical experience with rotating equipment (steam turbines, compressors, and expanders)
  • Knowledge of local technical standards and directives
  • Familiarity with turbomachinery
  • Certified Project/Contract Manager or similar training
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of rotating equipment (steam turbines, compressors, and expanders)
  • Experience in reading drawings, technical documents, instructions, sketches/explanations, and cross-sectional drawings
  • Fluency in English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project)
