Residential Care Attendant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to guests by assisting them with special needs and requirements.
• Ensuring that supply wheel trolleys are fully stocked with required room supplies for each shift.
• Replacing supplies in rooms, including stationery folders, host supplies, compendiums, hotel brochures, and information regarding hotel services and facilities.
• Removing furniture, curtains, and other fixtures that require repair, replacement, spotting, waxing, or cleaning.
• Changing bed linen with clean bed sheets and pillowcases according to resort policy.
• Caring for all details, style, and overall appearance of all areas.
• Applying, using, and maintaining equipment with the utmost care and being responsible for it.
• Upholding Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in a similar hotel operational setting. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. You should also have a good understanding of scheduling work and knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces.
